FAMILY OWNED
A Family Business
Our family founded Cleanest Management Services in 1992 to clean medical facilities the right way, and the same family owns it and runs it today. There's no franchise, no regional office, no rotating management — when you work with Cleanest, you work with the people whose name is on the business.
That shows up in small ways that matter: an owner who still walks buildings, decisions made in days instead of quarters, and a phone that gets answered by someone who can actually fix things.
We started in medical facilities, where cleaning is held to the strictest standard there is. Three decades later that origin still defines us — every building we take on, from a warehouse to a worship hall, inherits the discipline we learned where clean isn't optional.
Three Decades
Our family opens Cleanest to clean medical facilities in the Princeton area — buildings where the standard is clinical and documented.
Schools, offices and shops near our medical clients ask for the same treatment. We grow one facility type at a time, never lowering the bar.
Ten facility types across Central and Northern New Jersey — with crews whose tenure is measured in decades, not months.
Cleanest stays family-owned and local. The plan isn't to be the biggest cleaning company — it's to keep being the one that shows up.
Our Crews
A cleaning company is only as reliable as the people holding the mop. We keep ours — with fair treatment, steady work and real respect — and our clients get the same trained faces year after year.
Many of our team members have been with us ten, fifteen, twenty years. They know their buildings the way you know your home.
Every crew member is trained on the written specification for their building — and because they stay, that training compounds instead of resetting.
We're a family business, and it doesn't stop with the owners. Loyalty runs both directions here — that's why it lasts.
Local & Invested
Cleanest serves the businesses of Central and Northern New Jersey because this is where we live. The practices, schools, shops and offices we clean are our neighbors — their owners sit next to us at games, their staff shop where we shop, their buildings anchor the towns we call home.
Working to improve this community isn't a marketing line; it's the natural result of being from here. A clean, cared-for building makes a block better. Steady local jobs make families stronger. Choosing local partners keeps every dollar working close to home. That's the business we've chosen to be since 1992 — and the one we'll still be decades from now.
What We Believe
Reliability is a habit, not a promise. The crew arrives when it's supposed to, does what the spec says, and does it again next visit. Thirty years of clients who never went back out to bid started with this one belief.
A handshake starts the relationship; a written specification keeps it honest. Every building we clean has a documented scope both sides can point to — which means no surprises, and no slow drift toward "good enough."
Steady work, fair treatment and real respect keep crews together for decades — and a crew that stays is the only thing that keeps a cleaning standard from resetting to zero every few months.
We hire locally, buy locally and serve locally. Every clean building, every steady job and every local contract makes the towns of Central and Northern New Jersey a little stronger.
